Story line:

Roughly feudal India in the state of Rajasthan is a desolate region ruled by a cruel and sadistic lord who, with the help of a handful of equally cruel and ferocious warriors led by Lafcadia, imposes a reign of terror on those who do not obey and dare not oppose him. The long-haired Lafcadia is a widow, but she has a son, Katiba. Once, when Katiba was alone, he befriended a young girl who tied a rakhi on his arm and made him her brother, and in return he gave her his amulet.

When the Lord asks Lafcadia to subdue the people of Tarang Village, they follow his orders. After the raid, while Lafcadia stands nearby, his warriors rape and rob the villagers, that’s when Lafcadia takes the very young girl by surprise, and it is Katiba’s amulet that saves her from death. This incident had a profound effect on Lafcadia and he decides to quit his job and his sword and seek peace in his village at Kullu in the Himalayas. When the Lord finds out about this, he asks the rest of the warriors to hunt down, kill and behead their leader.

Not finding him, they kill and decapitate the double and bring his severed head before the Lord. They also capture Katiba, who is asked to identify the head. After Katiba’s positive results identify the head as his father’s, he is killed and Lafcadia watches in shock. Alone, devastated, unarmed, Lafkadia is left alone when the local thief Riaz starts chasing him everywhere. Unable to get rid of him, Lafcadia simply ignores him. He then meets a blind woman and comes to her aid, carrying her in his arms.

When the woman gropes his face, she asks him to put her down and that’s when she tells him that he has blood on his face and refuses to talk to him. Afterwards, Riaz asks him if he was the warrior who killed his father. Riaz’s father was killed by Lafcadia? What will be his fate now, especially when he learns that the warriors are sent in search of him – and this time they intend to kill him.
